It is obtained as the final reward on the normal rewards track for the Friend or Foe medal event, which was available to players with Town Hall 6 or above starting in April 2025. . It was available on the standard rewards track when you reached 16,000 Event Ticket. The decoration features two goblins fighting in a ring, with one beating the other using a golden chair.
