Obstacles are trees, logs, rocks, and other foliage that are randomly placed in your village. You
start with about 40 obstacles around your village. They are the only buildings that spawn naturally
over time!

Summary
Obstacles are structures that obstruct the placement of a village's Buildings. While the player can
still build villages without being hindered by obstacles (by building around them or choosing a
relatively clear location), it is significantly harder to do so at higher levels. To free up space
for buildings to be placed, the player must either remove the obstacles or relocate it elsewhere or
stash it using a Shovel of Obstacles.
You can sometimes get gems by removing obstacles. The amount of gems you get is determined by the
cycle below. This cycle repeats itself from the beginning once you reach the end!
