1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Village Vault ("Village Vault", "Website", "we", "our", or "us"), hosted at https://www.clashofclansvault.win and operated by Sabin Adhikari in Nepal.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "you") and Village Vault concerning your access to and use of our Website, tools, collection trackers, guides, and related digital services (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing, browsing, or using Village Vault, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Cookie Policy. If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you are expressly prohibited from using the Services and must discontinue use immediately.

• "Village Vault" refers to the independent platform, its owner (Sabin Adhikari), and its administrative operations.
• "Services" refers to all online tools, trackers, calculators, content, guides, data APIs, and utilities provided on the Website.
• "User" refers to any individual accessing or interacting with the Website.
• "Gameplay Data" refers to exported Clash of Clans player progress metrics (Player Tag, skins, equipment levels, decorations, obstacles) uploaded to or processed by our tools.
• "Content" refers to all text, graphics, user interface layouts, software code, articles, guides, and visual elements on the Website.
• "Supercell" refers to Supercell Oy, the developer and copyright owner of Clash of Clans.

3. Eligibility

The Services are intended solely for individuals who are at least 13 years of age (or the minimum legal age of consent in your jurisdiction). By using Village Vault, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

4. Website License & Access

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Village Vault grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Website and Services strictly for your personal, non-commercial, informational, and fan-tracking purposes.

5. User Accounts (No Registration Required)

Village Vault currently does NOT offer user accounts, user registration, passwords, or authentication login systems. Your collection progress is saved locally within your browser's Local Storage or stored under your Player Tag. You are responsible for maintaining your browser storage settings.

6. Uploaded Game Data & Processing Rules

Certain tools on Village Vault permit users to import exported Clash of Clans JSON files. By uploading game data to our platform, you acknowledge and agree to the following workflow:

• Extraction Only: Uploaded JSON files are parsed solely to extract relevant gameplay statistics (Player Tag, skin ownership, equipment levels, decoration inventory, and obstacle counts).
• Original File Discard: The raw uploaded JSON file is **immediately discarded** after extraction and is never retained on our servers.
• Building Data Discard: Base building configurations and layout details are discarded and not saved to our database.
• Database Storage: Only the extracted Gameplay Data associated with your Player Tag is stored in our database to support community rarity statistics and tracker functionalities.
• Ownership & Privacy: Uploaded game data is processed for informational purposes and is never publicly linked to personally identifiable identity records. You can request deletion of stored data associated with your Player Tag by contacting us.

7. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Conduct

You agree to use Village Vault only for lawful purposes. You agree that you will NOT:

• Falsify, manipulate, or inject malicious payload code into uploaded game JSON files.
• Use automated bots, web scrapers, crawlers, or extraction tools to harvest data from our Services without explicit written consent.
• Attempt to bypass, disable, probe, or interfere with security features, Cloudflare protections, rate limits, or database systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the network connectivity or cloud hosting infrastructure supporting the Website.
• Use the Website to transmit spam, malware, phishing links, or unauthorized commercial advertisements.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with Village Vault or Supercell.

8. Intellectual Property & Copyright

Original Content: All original content created by Village Vault—including custom website design, software code, articles, guides, compilation data structures, and logo graphics—is owned by Sabin Adhikari and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

Supercell Assets: All Clash of Clans game imagery, character icons, skin illustrations, item assets, audio, and trademarks are the exclusive property of Supercell Oy. These assets are incorporated on Village Vault under the terms of the **Supercell Fan Content Policy**.

Village Vault utilizes Artificial Intelligence (AI) software tools to assist with content drafting, research, and code optimization. However, AI does not replace editorial judgment. All published guides, content updates, and data structures are subject to human review and verification by Sabin Adhikari.

11. User Feedback & Contact Submissions

If you submit feedback, suggestions, error reports, or contact inquiries to Village Vault, you grant us a royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to use, implement, and incorporate your feedback to improve our Services without obligation or compensation to you.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE WEBSITE AND ALL SERVICES, GUIDES, TRACKERS, AND CONTENT ARE PROVIDED ON AN **"AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE"** BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, VILLAGE VAULT DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, TIMELY, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

Game statistics and mechanics are subject to change by Supercell without notice. Village Vault does not guarantee 100% data precision or immediate synchronization with live in-game servers.

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL VILLAGE VAULT, ITS OWNER (SABIN ADHIKARI), OPERATORS, OR SERVICE PROVIDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES—INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES—RESULTING FROM:

• YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE) THE WEBSITE OR SERVICES;
• ANY ERRORS, INACCURACIES, OR OMISSIONS IN GAME GUIDES OR STATISTICAL CALCULATIONS;
• UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, ALTERATION, OR LOSS OF LOCAL STORAGE DATA ON YOUR DEVICE;
• THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES, ADVERTISEMENTS, OR EXTERNAL LINKS ACCESSED THROUGH OUR PLATFORM.

14. Termination & Access Restriction

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to restrict, suspend, or block access to the Website or specific features for any user who violates these Terms, engages in malicious scraping, or attempts to compromise site security.

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of **Nepal**, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Website shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Nepal. International users are responsible for complying with local regulations applicable in their jurisdiction.

16. Severability & Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Village Vault regarding the Services.

We reserve the right to revise or update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication. Your continued use of Village Vault following the posting of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
